Recent report of study progress (not obligatory for the Frits de Waard penning)
Report (for the Suzanne Hovinga Prize the literature review), scientific article or other proof of the scientific result achieved
For the Talma Eykman Prize you must also submit a layman's summary of no more than 2 pages. This is not the case for the other prizes.
