Heb je al een afstudeermail gehad waarin je afstuderen bevestigd is? Download dan je afstudeerverklaring via Duo. Is dit niet het geval, maar zijn wel al al je resultaten zichtbaar op je studievoortgangsoverzicht? Vul dan dit formulier in. We proberen je de afstudeerverklaring binnen een week toe te sturen. Zorg dat je uiterlijk 24 augustus dit formulier invult als je je verklaring op 31 augustus nodig hebt.

If this is not the case, but all your results are visible on your study progress overview, then fill in this form. We will try to send you your graduation statement within a week. Make sure you fill in this form by 24 August if you need your statement on 31 August.
