Test de-registration Faculty of Humanities

Use the form below to deregister for a partial or final test at the Humanities faculty. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a an email confirming your test deregistration.

After you have filled in the form

Your cancellation will automatically be sent to the course coordinator.
You will receive a message from the course coordinator about the supplementary or replacement test. The course coordinator determines the form, content and date of the test.

You may only cancel your first test opportunity if there are personal circumstances (illness or force majeure such as family circumstances) that prevent you from being present. After your cancellation, you will be invited to take a supplementary or replacement test.

If you have a final grade for the course between 4.0 and 5.5 after the supplementary or replacement test or if you do not meet the minimum grade for the supplementary or replacement test, you are only entitled to an additional test opportunity if there were personal circumstances at the first test opportunity.
