During the morning there will be the possibility to follow the opening of the conference and the morning sessions online if you cannot make it to Utrecht. In the afternoon, you can register for one workshop, which will take place on location. |

Photos and videos will be taken during the CHARM-EU Annual Conference for promotional and documentation purposes, on the basis of legitimate interest. Audio-visual material may be published on the website of the CHARM-EU alliance partners, the CHARM-EU website, CHARM-EU social media channels, reports, and other promotional materials related to CHARM-EU events. The audio-visual material will be stored on a secure server that is accessible to all CHARM-EU alliance partners.
You will be notified beforehand if you are identifiable in audio-visual material intended to be used. You have the right to object to the use of photos or videos in which you are identifiable. If you do not wish to be included in the audio-visual material, please reach out to the photographer during the conference. |
