The ICO Monitor is designed to help yourself and ICO to get insight in your progress, or the obstacles you are facing. We therefore kindly ask you to answer the questions below. Questions pertain to the year 2025 unless otherwise stated. Answers may be given in Dutch.

Information from the PhD monitor is treated confidentially, i.e. your responses are not revealed to your promotor(s) and supervisor(s).

If no changes have been made, you can leave these questions open
Were there any changes in the FTE you have for doing research or did you take pregnancy or sick leave which affected the formal end date?
In case changes in you contract have been made, give us your new end date. Postponement of the official end date of your contract is not considered a delay.
This date is only relevant if it significally differs from the formal end date of your project
This includes time for your education and supervision. This does not include the time you spend on other tasks e.g. teaching-tasks.
Give us your new FTE for doing research only if changes have been made.
