The International Admissions Office of Utrecht University (NL UTRECHT01) kindly invites colleagues from partner and non-partner universities to an International Staff Week on Admissions, which will take place from the 5th to the 9th of October (2026) in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Utrecht University's Staff Week (5-9 October 2026) is dedicated to International Student Admissions! We extend a warm welcome to our colleagues from around the world who play a crucial role in shaping the international student experience at their institutions. This week is dedicated to exploring best practices, sharing insights, and fostering collaboration in the dynamic field of international student admissions. Let's engage in meaningful discussions, interactive workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

During the week, each participant will be invited to give a short presentation (max. 15 minutes) on a topic related to admissions. Do you already have an idea of what you would like to present on? If yes, please briefly describe your proposed topic (e.g. fraud prevention, digital document verification, scholarships, credential evaluation, English language requirements, visa processes, etc.). If not, you can also decide at a later stage.
