Obligation to provide identification
If you submit a privacy request, we need to know who you are. This is to prevent us from simply changing your details or giving them to someone other than yourself. Therefore, a Utrecht University staff member will contact you (by e-mail, letter or phone) to request additional information or a copy of your proof of identity. After your identification, your request will be processed as soon as possible.
